I would agree that teh office staff are the nicest people i've ever encountered. They were very helpful prior to moving in. I moved from out of state and asked if they had a problem with bugs (any bugs) prior to sigining a lease. I was told they didn't have a problem and only unclean people had roaches. The apartments are beautiful but i encoutered a roach just a few hours after moving in. I have never had roaches before and kept my place spotless. The exterminator came out and said we had a mild roach problem. Clearly there had been roaches there before we moved in. We are extremely unhappy about these bugs and don't intend to live with them for a year. We too will be moving out within 30 days. Thanks to the dishonesty of Virginia Village we will be out of at least a thousand dollars in moving expenses.

In addition the laundry facility in our building is disgusting.
