Hi if you are moving in this apartment building make sure to check the laundry room, the leasing consultants are very good with their strategy how to pressure prospective tenants sign contracts on the spot ..just be cautious with what they call specials.... the laundry room was just so filty and I was really disgusted when I went in, it was dark and you feel that they can murder you inside....90% of the tenants are foreigners, nothing bad about that... but you can probably hear loud spanish music outside the parking space day or night. I hope this helps! Thanks!

Yeah, remember everyone -- don't move in because of the LOUD SPANISH MUSIC!
What ignorance.

I like how he says "probably" hear loud spanish music. I live here. If tenants above or below you blast music you can hear it...just like you can in any apt or with any neighbor. I have lived here 3 months and only had 1 time where the guy below me had his stereo up to loud. I asked him to lower it and he did. Not a problem.

I had no probably with the tenants it was the office staff not friendly at all. One of the mangers in the office is not nice they tell the tenants to pick up after they dogs. And she let her dog ---- all over the grass. That is not nice bad office staff.
