This place is horrible, don't even think about moving here. Things here are so bad its not worth the trouble.

1) crime rate is super high. There are cops all the time.
2) cars are being broken into.
3) don't even think about using the laundry facility. or you might not want to use your clothing again.
4) maintenance are horrible when it comes to fixing things.
5) they try to charge you for every little thing thats wrong
6) there is parking but you'll be in an area where it it can be broken into
7) office people are nice, but if there are you problems, good luck, you won't get what you want or need
8) noise problem' call them and they'll tell you to call the police.
9) every 2 or 3 months, you'll have to move everything out of your kitchen for cockroach extermination. if you don't move/clean everything, you'll be fined.
10) if you put anything on your porch thats not porch furniture you'll be fined.
