This is the worst place I ve ever lived. Read the letter from the property manager. It states very clearly that people are using the laundry room as a bathroom . In addition to this, they try to charge you for everything while you re there and take as much from your security deposit as possible when you leave. Be sure to file work orders to fix everything in your apartment before you leave. Or they will charge you for normal wear and tear.
