The apartments are pretty decent sized lots of room. The price is what got me to move only 799. I was looking for a quick fix. So I moved in it was nice the balcony was big and everything is very quiet in my building that is. The only thing I dont like about this place is the office staff is very rude in a indirect way. Ok for instance ive paid my rent late probably three times 4 days late at the most. I called the office and notified them and let them know a week ahead so the lady in the office said that she would make note of it. The next day after the fifth I get a eviction notice and a rude letter that they were going to take further process. And then I recieved a court notice in the mail two days later w/a court date. Same thing happend the third time when I watched her write it on paper. The customer service is very crappy they get a F for failure. Not only that everything just falls apart randomly in these apartments. My sink broke when I first moved in I notified the office 6 times about this problem they finally fixed it when I moved out. After having friends come over and water leak everywhere all the time through out the year. And when they did fix it the gentlemen tracked grease all over my carpet. And did not clean anything up his mess that is. So I came home to a mess to clean up after. Also there is bats that fly around everywhere at night. And the big eyesore of the community is the trailer park across the street. And a wierd white lady that is either a hooker,crackhead or something that runs around in the parking lot daily and stares at you or walks up to your car when your leaving lol. seriously! Its not to shabby but if your use to shabby places a cool spot for a student or bacholer. The rent is going up so I wouldnt jump into it. What do you exspect its richmond highway.
