I am still in Washington Square and cannot wait until my lease is up. The neighbors are noisy and the police are there all the time. The maintenance staff come in your home without notifying you (they left sawdust on my kithen counter, kitchen floor, and my COUCH for a job they needed to do but failed to tell me about). You cannot beat the roaches. You will be their visitor. No amount of extermination, baits, or sprays will help. The roaches are on the property itself. I always see them outside and in the hallway of the building. I am only at Washington Square because I didn't have a choice. The recent snow/ice storm we had was worse than it had to be; they made less than minimal effort to ensure the safety of the residents. Forget about walking without falling and actually being able to get your car out of a parking spot. Thank goodness it rained and warmed up.
