Let me say you get what you pay for and then some. This place is awaful and I can't wait to move. If you read the other reviews you will see people are saying the same thing. This place must have been builts out of paper or the cheapest materials they could find. You can hear everything your neighbors does and says. Please do not expect comfort and a quite place to live. The tenants are rude, music is always being played loud. people are loud coming and going. Overall it is nasty here. Police are always out here for whatever reason, roaches where here when I moved in and have not left. Maintanace is very poor. Don't expect thing to be fixed right away. Management does nothing to enforce the rules so don't bother making complaints.
I can go on and on about how bad it is here. I am not one that expects everything to be great, but it could be a whole lot better and I would never reccomend this place for annyone to live unless you like the hood.
