All of the RIMSI apartments seem to be run by slum lords

I recently was looking to move closer to a new job offer and I am very surprised to find out that not only is the RIMSI run coverstone apartments which I live in disgusting, but according to the other reviews, RIMSI is a slum lord to many of it's apartment complexes, and I too have roaches, and pay for gas that I don't use.
