I recently move to Washington Square and from the previous reviews I was worried, I have been living there 3 months now and had no problems I set roach bombs off before I moved in because of the previous reviews, but have no problem with roaches, Sometimes people sit on the front I really do not like that but they are polite so over all, I can say I am satisfied. I think they should have more visitors parking spaces or give you more then one visitor parking pass
