yea I know its ghetto but the only place to go is up right.
1. get the people off the stoops. there is no reason to sit on the stoop and block the entrance unless your an ass. you have a balconey use it.
2. there needs to be new management who should be able to stand up to the ones who need to be put in their place a little.
3. The rent should be raised in an effort to get the riff raff out.
4. Run sex offender checks, get them out. Run Criminal history checks and weed out the thugs. oh sorry is that discrimitory...so ------- what stop being a thug and act like a human being and you wont have to worry about your little feelings getting hurt cause your being discriminated against.

6.Management should be calling the police on unruly tenants. have a little respect for those living around you and maybe they will show some respect back.
7. For you baggie pants wearin hood boys, have some respect for yourselves and maybe clean yourself up and get a job. you might feel better about yourself instead of acting like everyone owes you something. Be a man for once. by the way a real man works, pays his bill, takes care of his family, loves his wife and is kind and strong he does not demand respect he gets it for being who he is and its real.
8. You can chose to be a product of your enviorment or you can chose to overcome it.
help make your community a safe, healthy, happy one.
9. you need a neighborhood watch.
10. trash brings roaches and mice, clean your ---- up and you wont have the problem.
11. Accept no section 8. if you do have them make sure section 8 and you know who lives there. If someone is living there who isnt suspose to be report them. they will lose their valcher.
12. get the laundry rooms out of there. put in stackable units. laundry rooms are for the ghetto not Mount Vernon!!!
