If you're the partying sort who loves the sound of non stop pounding bass regardless of the time of day or day of the week, come on down! All the other party people will love the company.
If you don't want to be kept up on a Monday night listening to some obnoxious jerk's party, STAY AWAY.
No insulation & single pane windows means not only can you hear everything that's going on next door, it's incredibly cold in the winter.
Get what you pay for, I suppose
