Good Price, but bad maintenance From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I have lived here for only a year and so far so good. But the maintenance is bad. One maintenance guy charged me for putting poles in my closets. So yes he fooled me then later found out that he got fired for doing it to other people. One night my heater wasn't working and it was really cold in my apartment and I have twins boys, the maintenance guy came about 3 hours later and said," You woke me up from my sleep"' What' That's his job but there are some roach problems but it's a cheap place to be.
