My family and I lived at Woodlawn for five years, then one of my older siblings moved out and got her own apt there. Afterwards, two friends of mine from high school moved there...ALL had serious roach problems...the management screwed all three of the above mentioned ex-tenants, LOST our rent money...and sent one of my friends a "past-due" notice just THIS month stating that she owed for rent from 2000'!'!' Someone broke into our apartment by breaking the balcony door (glass) and woodlawn charged US for it''' even after the police report was filed...which we submitted to them, which prompted them to process an eviction due to us not paying for the broken glass that we did NOT break!

They smell badly, the bathrooms look like someone was murdered in them, the hallways smell like poo, the daycare facility that is there now, is about to be closed because the rental office keeps going up on their rent to rediculous amounts and the owner can no longer affort to pay them.

The grass is all torn up, the pool is dead, the playground...is there even a playground at all'

The laundry rooms stink, someone POOPED in the one in my building once!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE place. DON'T DO IT! And if we're lucky they'll get ripped down!
