Don't move here if you have more than one car per UNIT This review is for the parking policy. It sucks. No matter how many people you have staying in a unit, the ENTIRE unit gets only ONE parking permit. No exceptions. So, if you have 0 or 1 cars, you are fine.

Resident for 2 yrs I was very happy with my apt. Its the only place in Old Town that takes large dogs. The apts are old, but large and I never had a problem with maintenace requests. They were all completed in a timely manner. Loved the courtyard area - people hang out there and socialize.
