Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
2 weeks after moving in, mice were seen running through out the apt. after numerous calls to management, and letters to the regional manager over a period of months, the problem was not fixed. i got fed up an called the county health dept in january and Fairmont Gardens was cited. please don't move here. you will have to go to extremes to have to make them own up to their landlord responsbilites.
