Years at this apartment: Pre-1980 - 2002
Do not enforce rules very well.
Have to pay water bill based on what they tenants use after subtracting what they think they use.
Cars cruise the grounds with music blasting and are worked on with music blasting with no management stoppage.
Over crowded apartments.
Trash is pile high around dumpster because of lazy tenants.
Most tenants do not think of anyone else other than themselves and make noise that can be heard throughout the building.
