I currently live at Little River Square and it is okay for the price. Shopping is close, public transportation is plentiful. As for the apartment it self, your experience will probably depend on the owner of your unit, as these are condominiums. I have been here for a year and they have treated the apartments for roaches twice, though I have not seen any while I have lived here. Anyone who says these condos are INFESTED either 1. lacks cleanliness or 2. has nasty, smelly neighbors (I haven't seen any of those either). There is definitely a melting pot here when it comes to cultures, but unless you are a ----, it should not bother you. Crime has no zip code- take precautions. I am a female and I have never felt unsafe here. So get off your high horse and go buy your house in the boonies! It will take you forever to get to work everyday!
