Going downhill fast!

We just spent all of Friday and almost all of Saturday without water in the 900 complex. This is a health hazard. We also have many elderly people in here that use the bathroom frequently. We also have a major problem on the 9th floor with some teenagers who are vandalizing the hall and setting fires. The rental office is worthless. I think some might speak English. This place is going downhill rapidly. The headquarters for this complex must step in before it gets any worse! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
