It's filthy all the time in the stairways (food, trash and feces), but you can't use the elevators for all the animal (and human') urine when they are functioning. The office staff is completely unresponsive! Don't have anything of value shipped there, because you either won't get it, or you'll get the things you ordered that the office staff didn't want. Have your checks mailed to a PO box, because those will disappear faster than ice in July. Black mold in the windows, roaches everywhere, maintenance staff who break in to your place and claim to have made repairs while helping themselves to your CD collection...Graffiti on the walls, cars being vandalized... I feel bad for the elderly people who can't move themselves out of there. Don't get caught in a snowstorm without an SUV if you live here, you won't get out for a week! I for one would rather live on the street than put up with it another month!
