Very filthy, front office shows you a nice apartment but you will get a filthy one you have to share your apartment with mold, roaches and some time with flies also. Flies come in form back door next to trash dumpster. If you complain about flies then front office give you very good excuse ?flies are over here only for summer in winter you won?t see them.? I guess flies visit you only for summer vacations. Ravensworth Towers apartments are very unhealthy. Elevators are very old and need to be replaced with new elevators. You feel lucky if you do not stuck in the elevator or elevator comes before 10 minutes after pressing the button. Some time elevator just drop one floor while you are going up. You do not have to go to Six Flags for ride. Some time elevator skip your floors while you are going to yours apartment for example without opening the elevator door it will take you back into the lobby. Since this AIMCO management took over this apartment building every thing is going down the hill.
