There's something obviously wrong with the people who have commented. I have been a resident since March 2003. I have never seen a roach, flies sometimes but near the dumpsters outside (what do you expect'!) The elevators are old and occassionally have issues but I always make it to where I need to and I live on the top! The office staff is wonderful....courteous, friendly, always willing to help you in any way they can and handle all my issues to the best of their ability. With all the space I have in my apartment and all the conveniences that this place offers (no one mentions that you have your own washer and dryer, the fitness center, party room or the fact that you can use the copier and fax machines in the office), I am most certainly renewing my lease if I don't buy first.
