They are repairing the elevators and we have new carpet (finally) in the hallways.

Crystal, in the leasing office, is still here and as sweet as ever.

They are trying to go upscale and pushing up the rents a bit. Even if your lease says in plain black and white that you don't have to pay a premium to go month-to-month, don't be surprised if they ask you for an extra $300/month premium. Show them your lease and ask them to remove the premium from your bill.

This is a very nice area. There is always plenty of free parking. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, including a Fuddruckers and Popeyes. There is a Safeway, Giant, Pep Boys and K-Mart also in walking distance.

Easy commute to Washington DC on nearly empty Pentagon buses. Take a bus to the Pentagon, then get the Metro (train) from there.

Fairfax County sends a bus to the front door to pick up kids for school.

There is 60 days notice required to move out.
