i moved here because i really loved parking spaces. not like other homes, there are lots of spaces that i can park even though i come home late. Staffs are kind, but seems not professional enough.. anyways, first few month i tried to cut off almost everything to reduce our utility bill. It was winter, my husband and i didn't turn on the heater even though it was really cold weather, we always turn off the lights, comp, etc. and we both work together so basically, we only sleep and eat dinner at our home. That was it! But one day, i got a bill which was twice as much as last few months. I was really upset about it... i talked with a manager of electric company. and only anw. was they can't do anything about it. Now we have to pay by unit. which is it doesn't matter how much we use, for some people, like big family, it would be great deal, but people like us, newly married couple, or who has full time job, i don't recommend this apt. it's just too expensive.

I agree with this comment. Parking is good, but they do tow. Large apartments BUT THE USAGE for electric is so bad. you need to have 3 jobs to just be able to afford the electric. Quiet, and again, this is a nice size apt. they could renovate the hallways and update.
