We have lived here for almost 2 years now. We only renewed our lease because we didn't have anywhere else to go at that time and to go lease to lease, they were going to charge us $300 more/month! The gym was supposed to be new when we moved here back in 2007, but since then one treadmill has constantly been broken and now the other one has been broken for about three months. The weight set has electrical tape keeping the pulley ropes together. The fitness center just looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen. On top of that, the rental office has such a high turnover rate, no one seems to ever know what they are doing. There are horrible odors constantly in the hallways, especially in the summer, that range from cat urine to smells of death. This occurs because neighbors leave their doors open in order to save money on their A/C...I wish we never moved here. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The walls are so thin, you can hear every time the elevator is on our floor and every time someone comes home. Sometimes it's so loud in the hallways you tend to believe someone is right outside your door, when they are really all the way down the hallways! The maintenance people here do quick 'fix-ups' and run out. Our blinds are broken and our cabinets are falling apart. The washer and dryers in the units are very loud and scare our kids everytime it goes on the spin cycle. It sounds like it's about to combust everytime we do our laundry. DONT MOVE HERE!!
