I moved here Dec. of 2002 to a one bedroom it was nice; but when I upgraded to a two bedroom it was infested with roaches, the painters did a spot job painting, there were holes in the walls and under my kitchen sink smells like piss. There was a leak coming from my air conditioning which soaked my carpet and destoryed my computer table.Rent is due on the 1st of the month with no grace period so if you pay on the second you are charged a 5% late fee. They make you pay your utilities with your rent even though you receive a bill for your water and electric that doesn't have to paid till the 13th. The elevators are constantly breaking down and we currently have no manager to complain too.I informed the young lady in the office that I was moving when my lease was up and she told me I had to give a 30 day written notice which I said no problem I'll fill it out now, she informed that I had to wait till 30 days before my lease ended and I said no I'll file it now and you can put it in my file so I don't have to worry about keeping track of when to send it. Long story short I would not recommend this place to anyone not even a pet rat..Plus the rent is to high I pay $1,309. a month for an aprtment that has not been upgraded since the 70's. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
