I am a prospective tenant, and would like to hear from anyone who has lived in the place. They advertise on craigslist but not on any of the dotcom rent sites, and there isn't any information elsewhere.

I would like to know whether the ground floor units are all one bedroom and if any of them could be accessed by someone in a wheelchair. Thanks.
