I have lived here for 3 months. There has been a rash of thefts, since we moved in. The parking situation sucks! You can hear and smell your neighbors apartment (ie. smoking, exotic foods, and the thumping of footsteps). It's so unpleasant, on the weekends we leave town to stay we family, just to get away from it. The staff at Patriot Village are really nice, but don't be fooled by what you get in return. Also, the heating and A/C, they control it. I mean, they turned the A/C off too early and there isn't any central air available, for example. So what do I do, I opened the patio door to get some air, and all you can smell is cigarette smoke from your neighbors. Take the advice, pay a little extra and find somewhere else to live. We are considering taking a loss and breaking the lease. That's how bad it is. Signed, Displeased Tenant
