I moved in a couple of months ago and just came across this website. I am stunned to see the other items posted here. We have had a great experience so far. My husband and I know that we can count on our maintenance issues to be fixed the first time. The team at Patriot Village is wonderful. We know most of the office people by the their first name and vice versa. And we have never seen any bugs of any sort in our home. Give it try...we think it is wonderful and it has a nice pricetag for the amount of space.
