We moved-in in Jan 03.
The apratments really big and priced ok.

We never could get our maintance work don right or on time. We live on the bottom level, our bed room window was not screwed onto the wall and it didn't have a lock, so you could still open the other side.

Our frigde broke, it took them 3 days before thay even looked at it. Then they fixed it, but they left all our food sitting on the counter, and it spilded even more.

The office staff is very rud. Unfriendly.

Had stange bugs, bad parking.

Our last experience with them was, we gave them notice that we were moving, but they took the move-out day from that letter and didn't check with us. We said we were not resigning with them. We had moved to FL over X-mas 03, got back in to town on new year's eve. I went to pay rent on the 2, and had no problem, and we had a maintance done, when we never orfered it. Well, the next day we get a call saying the painter were there, and we still had stuff. We had a big arguement with the guy, our lease was up mid Jan 04.
They had our place leased as of Jan 6, 04. We hadted it, so we jsut packed the rest of our stuff in 4 hrs. and handed them the keys.
