I recently moved into my apartment at Patriot Village and am very pleased with the experience. I was looking for the best possible price/value/quality combination and with the various guarantees they offer, I'm happy with my choice. I saw some of the other postings about bug problems, but I haven't seen anything. As far as parking, I haven't had any trouble.
