I have lived here for about 3 months and I have had no trouble at all. The maangement is VERY accommodating and my apartment is actually very cute inside. The outside is somewhat deceiving as it is an old community and very big, but as far as I know any new residents are moving into refurbished apartments and they are using the same materials they use in the other Archstone communities (Monument Park, Archstone Ellipse, etc.). The same light fixtures, cabinets, carpet, etc. My one bedroom is also very VERY spacious. My bathroom is a little small, and parking is sometimes tricky when I get home late at night but you could have these same issues anywhere. The management seriously has tried to be as accommodating to me as possible. They are being honest when they say, "we just want you to be happy". When my lease is up if I move it will only be because of location (to put me closer to work). I really couldn't be happier here. And I have seen NO bugs. Nor has my car been vandalized. In closing, I am a single, young female and the majority of my neighbors are young quiet families who pretty much keep to themselves.
