I moved here last yr & almost moved out in the 30 day move in guarantte because there were so many problems. Many times I wish I had These are old buildings and the management company does NOT invest well in long term maintenance - service is SOMETiMes very good and sometimes they really cut corners. I had hot water pipe split, ruin carpet and subflooring - took them almost four days to get it bck to normal and they leaft a mess in my bathroom adn bedrrom. One week later the floor is buckling up and will need to be ripped up again. Pluses: very large space at reasonable prices, good front desk pleasant people

Maintenance is the worst I have ever seen!! I've had to have them send 2 or 3 different people out to fix a simple problem. Maintenance is ONLY REACTIVE, NOT PROACTIVE! Also, the place is INFESTED with Latinos, who by the look of the pregnant young girls, plan on breeding us out of existence. When you go up on Little River Turnpike, the Hispanic males loiter for blocks, 7 days a weeks (apparently the ICE is not interested). The Latinos make up about 75% of the tenants, with Koreans about 15% and gaining fast, and all others the remaining 10%. Forewarned is forearmed...

Joe Blowe - your observation about the racial make-up of this community is accurate, however, my objective advice to anyone seeking an apartment is preview the community before you make a decision. What you see at the leasing office and at the entrance of the community is not exactly what you'll find within. Also, don't let the community web sites fool you. As we all know, advertising pictures happy, beautiful people enjoying their home/surroundings, but not true in reality where all you see is sketchy, questionable characters and about 8 people living in a one-bedroom apartment.
