Very nice and quiet community. Having a pit bull mix, it was hard to find an apartment that didn't have breed restrictions, but was still safe. I never had any unsafe experiences, and the grounds were perfect for me and my dog. When the AC in my apartment wasn't working, they quickly fixed it. The only drawback was the non-refundable deposits--$450 for general, plus another $450 pet deposit. But I would still recommend it!
