I have lived here for 3 yrs and it is getting worse every day. It use to be the best place to live in Annandale but now it is just going down hill. the Mang. Could be better well alot better nothing every gets done we have a toilet seat that we r still waiting to gte fxed over 1 month ago. They always say ok. and nothing happens
We moved in to a new apartment bigger 3 bed room we have bugs but that is not the big problem we moved in in july and the AC was broken and they said they fixed it but hot air was comming out they never fixed it ever and they will not fix it again i am sure. I am so glad that we are moving this year when are lease runs up.

parking is ok if u live in the right spot the people that live here dont speak english i think we are the only white people here. but other then that it is ok i guess if u have to live here .. but look around befor u make ur mind up

Oh yeah and they raised the rent and we pay for utiltys all that sucks

Oh yah... my AC has never worked since I've moved in, in JULY... it would just blow out mold into the air and make me sick.. Now my heat doesnt work.. ever.
