Not only on Feb, 14 was there no hot water, there has been no heat in my building for the past 2 days Feb 20 and 21. On Feb 20 there was also no hot water. As well as Tues Feb 3, one of the COLDEST NIGHTS IN VA, I had no heat. 3 of my friend's cars have been towed due to LITTLE guest parking. The tow trucks stalk people, it is rather creepy. My friend came inside, said goodnight, was not not even parked in NON GUEST PARKING FOR MORE THAN 5 MINUTES.. when she returned to her car.. GONE. My favorite was when my friends car got towed on the DAY I MOVED INTO THE VILLAGE while he was helping me lift furniture!! Nice.. welcome to the ARCHSTONE! The insects are absolutely ridiculous. The managment's line for everything is "oh, that's too bad, I hate when that happens" This place is a dump.
