Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
We have lived here for 3 years and it is getting progressively worse. The management company changed in 2005 and the maintanence and security have noticably decreased. We used to have 24 hour security, which this management company promptly terminated. There is no professional pest control, like there used to be, but the maintenance guys with cheap spray cans that are totally ineffective. Also, there are squirrels nesting in the ceilings on the top floor. All this, and they have continued to raise the rent!
