I have lived at The Avant for a while now and I do not plan on leaving any time soon. Ther is no other community located in such an ideal location and at such a reasonable rate. The first time I visited the leasing office I realized that I had found the perfect home. My apartment is Huge. I shopped all over for an apartment to accomodate my large furniture and I finally found it. The helpful office staff also pointed out to me that for the low monthly rent I pay I have a lot more room to enjoy. I also was blown away at the short commute I have to work every day. I can spend more time enjoying living my life and less time driving in the aweful DC metro area traffic. Another important fact to point out is that since I have been living here I have never seen a single bug. The management office provides a pest service free of charge that prevents the problem before it ever even starts. I enjoy having a dry cleaner, chinese food carry out, nail salon and 7-11 all within a short walk from my front door. When I have my friends and family visit me they enjoy the free guest parking and the privacy within the walls of my home. The solid brick building and cement between floors has made it so I never even hear the other people living in my building. The other thing I must mention is the way the maintenance always provides service with a good attitude. It makes it less akward when I need assistance with soething I know I can count on them. I would highly reccomend living at The Avant if you want to be able to enjoy urban living but still have the wholesome community feeling every time you are at home.

I think that you must work there...It sounds just like the brochure and we all know that it is not true
