Was not as bad for me...

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I had very few problems while I lived at Patriot Village from Nov 2005 to May 2007. Everything I encountered was pretty routine. When things don't work, they have to get fixed. The 24 hour service guarantee was always honored when I put in a request. My building was quiet and everyone kept to themselves.
I had a 2 bedroom. The apartment was very spacious. The second bedroom was huge - 2 closets, 1 walk-in and 1 regular sliding door closet.
I had two minor complaints.
1) The apartment controls when the heat and air will be turned on each season. But it really did not affect my level of comfort, I just would have liked the option to decide.
2) The parking situation was less than desirable. Even though I could normally find a park(I began working 2 jobs and did not get off until 12am) I eventually had to pay for a reserved parking space to ensure I always had a parking space in front of my building.
I'm in between places now and am thinking about moving back to same apartments because of it's affordability and centralized location. I believe everyone's experience is unique and different. While it is good to read reviews, it is also better for us to see with our own eyes. Visit the apartments. Ask current residents you see walking around. But make your own choice.
