One of the worse complexes you may ever live in. when you arrive at the leasing office they will show you their Apt. model which they prepared to deceive you. But wait until you move in, you will be struck by the failure of management and maintenance. Security is so bad. I have been mugged twice inside the Avant complex. My neighbor has his car stolen. Youngster gangs are all over the place. This is not a safe neighborhood. Don t live here even if they offered it for free. Please see the Picture.
