THIS IS UNDENIABLY THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER LIVED!!!I've been here not quite a year and have had alot of problems from the start. From sharing the utilities for the building, having several people living in one apartment in the building, it's very dirty and my building has had cockroach problems and I've seen rats running about outside and it's VERY NOISY. Also, there is a tow truck that patrols in the wee hours and I've been towed several times for not having a resident sticker which was not issued initially and for having a sticker and parking in a guest parking spot for lack of resident parking (ridiculous I know) but you can rent your own parking space for an extra $50.00 a month!! etc... I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE OUT!!! RENTER BEWARE!!!
