I've been living at the Avant for about 4 months and I cannot stand it. At first I thought the living conditions would get better, but I was completely wrong. Ever day, it's like I have to take my chances and see if I can get at least some warm water -not cold, but warm water, because all I get is HOT water and it feels like I'm taking a shower in fire. I've asked maintenance to come several times and all they seem to do is leave the water on until the not ever cool water starts to come. (Even the toilet water is hot.) The parking is HORRIBLE. There is just not enough parking for everyone in this apartment complex. Every night the guest parking is always full and even if you try to find parking space 5-10mins away, its impossible. Noise' You can even hear a pin drop from the neighbors above. Pests' I see cockroaches and insects inside of the building often. Maintenance' The website says "on-site maintenance" but they can't even give the time for when they can really come in. HORRIBLE PLACE, DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR OVER EXAGGERATED WEBSITE. Btw, RUDE STAFF. Front desk woman, mean and even the guys who do the papers are deceiving. It's like buying a freaking car, all these people are just money hungry and don't care about the residents.
