Heres the deal, I am not writing this review because I am mad or anything in the since. I just believe that I got ripped off and dont want nobody else to do the same. I have been living at the Avant for almost a full 3 years. Since I haved moved in they have had 2 - 3 management companies come in. At first the apartments looked really good for your buck but dont let that fool you with all the other things going on. 1. The AC doesnt always stay on. 2. You dont have control over the Air system it is a boiler system which is really old. So by defition you have a thermostat but the Manangement company decides when and how you get heat or air. While I am the subject when it comes to your Electric/Gas/water/sewage etc. bill you are paying for everyone in the whole entire complex (over 1000 apartments) because there are no indiviual bills just one Management gets then they split it out based on how many people are in your apartment(well atleast the ones on the lease, not the ones that dont put themselves on the lease so basically if it says 3 on lease you could be actually paying for a bill that had 6 people using the utilities. :( Onwards 2. The PARKING. Lets just say well you can basically think you will never park by your apartment EVER AGAIN! This is how the parking goes. You get 1 sticker per lease holder(Yes I said 1) so if they have 4 on lease they have 4 parking spots. There isnt enough spots for everyone and then someone in Management has decided that they could make some hefty extra cash at making RESERVED spots that only the person who pays for them parks there. Those are spots that you have to pay an extra $50 dollars a month. So currently they have over 100 RESERVED spots. So it just has a big domino effect. If you have over hundred RESERVED spots this means there are alot of people that cant park by where they live. So then they fork out $50 dollars to get a RESERVED spot and so on and so on. Management said they will never put a stopping point on this as long as people keep forking out the money for them. I am tired of Managements excuses about how things work. Basically what it comes down to DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I believe it is closer to 200 reserved spots. One of the spots is number "183."
