Issues: Floors make a lot of noise, we accept that and never complain but the people under us did complain. LOL.
It is an old building, some blinds are not perfect, you hear when people come in the building. A few residents care little about FX county laws - let their animals poop all over the place. Gonna cure that...

Good side - Relatively inexpensive. No bugs! They keep the rent high enought that the place does not attrack a lot of people that do not care about their surroundings. Hallways cleaned daily. Staff is helpful. Parking is fine - though they do not have many guest spots, make sure you get passes for them.
