I lived in those apts for several years as young kid with my sister and mother. Times were tough, and we had to live somewhere. I can tell you for sure that it is a total peice of crap.

After managment installed those outside trash collection bins right in front of the APT entrances, the place would smell up like a dump. I felt ashamed of living there.

My mother?s car had a window smashed and several major body dents caused by punks playing in the parking lots with their ramps and scooters.

The cops are constanalty hanging around cuz it is a freaking mixingbowl of latinos, asians and middle easterners who love to cause trouble and run around in gangs.

A/C and Heating is crappy. It is on when you don?t need it, and dead when you do need it. and constantly needing repairs. You could not control anything, but you get what you pay for i guess.

The last straw came when my mother was held up a GUN POINT in our own parking lot in the middle of the day coming back from work for a few bucks and her purse. we moved away promptly.

She was not shot, but all her few belongings were stolen and NO ONE DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT. The managment office gave us the finger and the safety patrols in the neighborhood said too bad for you. All the cops could do is take down the info and move on with life.

As the years have gone on, we have moved on but the issues are getting worse there. The traffic has gotton very bad.

Just go to Annadale HS to see what sort of international trash goes to this eduacational facility. When i went there, it was better (92?) but now, it?s common to find GUNS and KNIVES everyday.
