Not that I think that anyone should have there lives threatened, or should have to go through the experience of being mugged, but what the hell do you expect the rental office to do'!'! They can't exact go ride around in there cars looking for some guy, they don't know who or where he lives. And lets face it, the worst of crime can happen in the best of neighborhoods. There are ------ people out there.

I also grew up there. Between the ages of 8 and 13. Maybe I was in the golden days of life when nothing bad ever really happens in the world. But I still live in that area, I have friends you live in that apartment complex, and have truely honestly never, had a problem. Just because something very unfortunate happens to one person doesn't mean it's going to happen to everyone. Hell, there are thirteen comments on the page (aside from my own) and how many people actually live there. Surely more than 13!!!

As for the racial comments made. That is absolutely stupid. Yes, I will admit that I am white, but that doesn't mean that I want to live in a neighborhood full of only white people! And that doesn't mean that I feel unsafe around people of anouther race or culture. It is simply pure ingnorance, for anyone to assume that just because there is diversity in people, it make an area bad. It is ignorance to place blame on people who just so happen not to be white, that everyone else is at fault for any crime or loud noise. Even when I grew up there there was a wonder aray of different cultures, and herritages. That is a wonderful beatiful thing to have in any community. It makes a neighborhood better.

I would say I'd live there again, if I didn't love the house I live in now. But dear god people, just because you had a ------ expereince, or happened to get the crappy neighbor who cranks music at 3am, doesn't mean eveyone will. Remember that we've all had those experiences, somewhere, at some point, and they suck! Again, it obviously can't be that bad of a place when only 13 people have had something bad to say.
