I moved into these apartments just about a year ago. The first couple of months was just plain "heaven". I did have a backed up toilet problem and kitchen sink problem, however they were taken care of in a timely fashion. (I live on the bottom floor) I did notice the roaches (i am a very clean person)and that freaked me out. It seems the last time they fumegated the roaches have gotten much better. However, I don't know who they (the Management) is letting into this place, but these families they are leasing too lately, are not "classy" people. I moved in here because I thought the clientele was a little more upscale. NOT!! I feel now I am living in the "projects" of Baltimore. There is no reason people and kids should hang out on the front steps or play basketball on the front steps or football, when myself and other tenants work a long day and then run errands and then have to lug all in and run into at least 12 to 15 young adults/children hanging out on the very steps you have to walk up to get to you apt. Once you are in your apt to check your mail, the hallways are littered with trash and writings on the walls. It's just plain "trash people" that have no respect for other people. I was going to renew my lease for a year, but since this has been occuring, I have decided to do a month to month to see if things get better or worse.

I am so appalled and saddend by the change since the first couple of months I moved in. It's like "The Parliments" need money that bad they are letting anyone in to lease, without doing any back ground checks.

I do not know how long I will stay here. I do see the "Gang" type around as well and that scares the heck out of me.

MANAGEMENT DO SOMETHING! YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD NAME' THEN MAKE THE CHANGE AND QUICK OR YOU WILL LOOSE ALL THE GOOD PEOPLE THAT CARE AND DO HAVE RESPECT NOT ONLY FOR THEMSELVES BUT FOR OTHERS AS WELL.
