I too understand this person's feelings as far as the activty outside their apartment home. There are playgrounds and other areas for these young adults/teenagers to play or do whatever they do. I too have experienced trying to get to my apt and having several young adults "hanging out" at the front of my steps I have to walk up. Their language is much to be desired as well. The gang type does hang around alot and I do not feel safe about my person or my car. I have noticed alot of police activity as well these past few months. I have lived here now for 2 1/2 years and really comtemplating a move. I did not renew my full lease either, just in case I need to move in a hurry from here.

He/She is right and saying how he/she feels. The Managment Team here has been good to deal with. I liked it alot here too when I first moved in, however, it does seems as if "this apt community" has gone DOWN A NOTCH!
