Quaint and only worth it for one year.

I recently moved into the Garden Apartments of the Parliaments. Before I moved in, the management said the apartment I viewed was already rented out. I took one that I never saw before. To the management's credit, it was almost on par with the apartment I viewed. The appliances are older and the carpet is cheaply laid, but it has some quaint charm and a lot of space for the money in the area. My toilet runs constantly despite several timely repair attempts. I like how Annandale is close to just about everything. Be careful to post your parking permit. The management had my car towed the first day I was there because they didn't inform me to put up my sticker. They did refund the $100.00 towing fee. The community affairs manager is quite rude, parking is tight and my fiance's car has been hit in the lot, but overall, its not a bad place to stay for a short time.
