I've lived here in the NOVA area for 10 years now, and this place is my 8 apartment. I'd say this makes me sort of an expert. I've lived in new apartments, nicer apartments, and larger apartments for the same price. Having said that I can tell you none of thats as important as neat grounds, and a helpful office. The Parliaments excells at all aspects of "customer service". You have to look past what you immediatly see, and pay attention to what you don't see. This place is the only place I have ever called at 2 minutes till closing and they actually answer the phone, and are happy to help you. I have had the lady in the office slide parking passes under my door because I could not get there by closing. The maintanence staff is good even though some of the problems take more than 1 try to fix. They are still fast and always there that day. Parking does suck in the high-rise but what can you expect when they allow visitors to stay for a week. I see people outside everymorning sweeping the sidewalks, and throwing away leaves, and stuff. What else can I say' The office is cool, the apartments are nice, the grounds are clean, and they fix stuff the same day. This is a really nice place to live.
