Lets see. I'm in grad school at Mason, and just move here from TX. I applied via fax, without ever seeing the place. The people who answer the phone are awsome. All of them know everything there is to know about the area, and helped me out tremendously. Students also get 5% off of the rent. All that's fine but here is whats most impressive, they approved my by myself even though I have very little credit. My dad was willing to co-sign but when he called the rental office they explained its a better idea to attempt and get it by myself. He did not even have to co-sign, but I still had only a $200 deposit. It is very nice here. I couldn't ask for more.
